- Processes adjustments on a line item basis
- Reviews EOB's for non-standard Fee Schedule reductions and for non-payments or under payment trends based upon carrier practices that may affect reimbursement.

JOB SUMMARY:
The is responsible for reporting and monitoring the Region’s financial activities in compliance with legal accounting requirements and appropriate ethical standards. This includes completion and analysis of monthly general ledger transactions and revenue recognition.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide support for Operational Managers. Assist in development of branch budgets. Review branch budgets with Operational Manager for accuracy and completeness. Prepare monthly P&L Forecasts for future periods (FLASH REPORTS). Prepare monthly management discussion and analysis report for District Management. Assist with monthly close activities. (Revenue, Inventory, Fixed Assets). Job Cost and Project Margin analysis and review with Operational Management. Interact with Branch Managers and District Managers Prepare ad hoc reports as needed. Manage Accounts Receivable. Manage Clerical Admin staff. Review Expense transactions Prepare and file sales taxes State pre-qualifications
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in financial statement audit, bank examinations and tax preparation Light travel may be required Other duties as assigned. Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Economics or Business Administration, MBA /CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-year experience in accounting or finance in a fast paced, deadline driven construction environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and/or Access).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics - NAV (Navision) and/or Jet Reports are a real plus..
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong skills in mathematics, statistics, spreadsheets and data mining.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical.
• Ability and desire to take initiatives and work independently.

-Communicates verbally and in written form about the quality of work performed by the individual coder. Reviews and maintains results, documents trends, and interprets performance data to recommend, develop, and deliver education and training programs at all Mayo sites.
-Oversees the development and maintenance of all lines of coding training curriculum. Works closely with technical support staff to maintain work unit databases.
