Position Overview:
Responsible for assisting the property Manager with the supervision of the community generates a satisfactory cash flow, the property is maintained according to our standards and ensures customer satisfaction. The property in the absence of the property Manager to manage.
Essential functions of a job:
Quickly answering telephone and e-mail inquiries with the aim of obtaining an appointment to show the community to the potential resident. Greet potential residents, demonstrate the features and benefits of the Interior of the apartment houses and facilities, impose conditions of occupation, and provide information about local areas. Closing the sale with potential resident and obtaining a company deposit and application for an apartment or a waiting list. Quickly follow-up with potential residents who have not yet leased to the sales process and sales remain safe. Determine and certify the eligibility of potential residents, following Government regulations and company procedures. Help with property Manager all marketing and sales activities including advertising promotions marketing surveys of competitors activities. Seek and collect rent payments and accurately record remise. Complaints, failures and violations of the investigations and solving problems after management rules and regulations. Preparing, developing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and documents. Confidentiality of all data in the resident files (i.e. income, assets, credit reports, etc.). Providing information and reports in coordination with other departments as needed. All activities in accordance with the HUD and fair housing requirements. Move process and moving of documents ... Requirements high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience. Property management experience preferred. Must be Detail oriented and organized. Must have and maintain a valid driver's licence in the country of residence. Able to a varied programme including weekends. Must effectively communicate orally and in writing. Must be able to read and understand the English language.
