Robert Half Finance & Accounting is seeking an . The organization is a multi million dollar company with opportunity for advancement. Duties for the will include leading marketing planning activities related to marketing expense by gathering, analyzing and identifying trends and preparing monthly , quarterly and annual forecasts, variance analysis is completed with explanations presented to business leaders, preparing monthly expense on a pre-deferral and post-deferral level for monthly P&L closes, provide business results reporting related to marketing expense by producing monthly marketing spend and forecast variances for all print media, email, search engine and affiliate marketing, analyze and monitor effectiveness of marketing spend on all marketing programs, strategize and provide recommendations to business leaders to improve effectiveness of spend, support marketing analysis and decision-making needs by producing ad hoc reports and analysis; proactively partnering with marketing team to identify and respond to data needs; and analyzing reports to identify trends and results suggesting business opportunities or threats, Supports and maintains ethics of the business by protecting customer and financial information, applying company's core values, and complying with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
