Job Description 

We are adding highly qualified individuals to our teams in Deerfield, Oak Brook, and Chicago offices as we are rapidly growing!

Prior accounting experience is a plus but certainly not a must as many of our Top s do not have accounting backgrounds, nor did they recruit accounting professionals prior to joining CFS.  More important is having a successful track record in temporary staffing or permanent recruiting/executive search.

 

Overview of the role:

 

Develop new clients through phone sales efforts. Recruit accounting and finance professionals for specific positions through internet recruiting, networking, and direct sourcing calls. Interview accounting and finance professionals to determine skill set and career goals. Work closely with hiring managers to assess career opportunities, represent appropriate candidates, and manage the interview/offer process.

Identification Process:
- Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates.
- Place job requirements on the Internet to increase available candidate pool.

Hiring Process:

- Maintain excellent documentation with the company’s on-line system as well as hard files within the Branch Office.
Management Process:
- Prepare resumes for presentation to clients.
- Coach candidates through the client interview process.
- Meet contractors on the first day of their assignment at the client site.
- Build relationships with contract employees through different activities including weekly lunch meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree - Finance or related field preferred.
- Prior internship/work experience in sales, marketing or finance environment preferred.
- PC literate in Windows environment including, MS Word and Excel, and Internet.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong problem solving abilities.
- Interest in a career path leading to Outside Sales is a must.

General Description

 

The position of is focused on executing a recruitment plan by aggressively developing and implementing diverse strategies, direct sourcing and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates with specific job verticals (including but not limited to Administrative, IT/Telecom, Finance, and Light Industrial).  

 

 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

 

Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for designated clients including creating job postings, leading strategy sessions with account/hiring managers, developing campaigns, sourcing and evaluating resumes, scheduling, phone and in-person interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications and job fit, preparing offers and supporting a smooth on-boarding. Provide a talent pipeline for current and future openings. Successfully identify new sales leads for Business Development/Account Managers Attend weekly team meetings to discuss recruiting activity.  Prepare working outlines for volume and forecasting.   Update weekly payroll report to insure correctness.  Maintain a positive, profitable, and productive work environment.      Perform other duties as assigned.
