Currently, ZELL manages over 3,000,000 square feet of retail space and has an opening for an experienced COMMERCIAL PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT. Seeking to hire a strong mult-tasking candidate to work in a fast paced accounting department with work in A/R, A/P, preparation of Financial Reports, privilege tax license reports, bank reconciliations and CAM reconciliations. Coordinate with property managers and other staff. The ideal candidate will have a mininimum of 3 years commercial property accounting experience (preferably on retail properties). To perform at the highest level, you should take (a) pride in your work, (b) be detail oriented and accurate, (c) have the desire and ability to work as a contributing member of a team, (d) be able to succeed in a fast paced work environment (e) have excellent EXCEL skills to assist with budget preparation and (f) having experience and knowledge of Yardi Voyager would be a plus.
