Accounts receivable clerk will perform various administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operation to assist in the performance of duties of the Office of the claims and the General accounts, to help ensure the proper settlement of customer accounts.
Basic function:
Requires a minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable and general accounting practices must be able to make at least 50 quality collections calls per day while maintaining the call log. See ATB daily and loans accordingly. Requires excellent customer service skills, while maintaining the mental balance with angry and hostile customers. Works independently of each other, results-oriented, multi-tasks and has an exceptional organizational skills. Develop working relationships at all levels. Process payments by credit card on the basis of weekly and monthly. Verify that the credit history for new customers. Maintain and update records and files. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the controller, the Director-General and the district managers. May audit the different transactions, data entry and invoicing to ensure the quality of services. Requires basic knowledge of the procedures of the Office. Bid should have good mathematical skills. Support continuous improvement and proposals and implementation, where it is possible. Perform other duties as required or assigned proportionately to the extent of the activities referred to above.Preferred qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred. Good communication skills and familiarity with accounts receivable tasks. Strong sense for detail. Ability to learn, understand, and comply with all existing security measures and procedures. The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Supports and participates in the production and quality standards of the company, with a continuous focus on customer service.
