Compensation:  $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year

Global Pharmaceutical Company in central NJ seeks . The will be responsible for the following:
Assist the Associate Director in managing the state tax compliance function by reviewing returns and approving payments.
Manage all aspects of State and Local Sales / Use / Property and other transactional tax audits.
Initiate changes as a result of tax audits, law changes and correct any procedural deficiencies.
Establish, develop and defend sound tax positions.
Negotiating with state auditors and create new processes to produce additional tax savings.
Research tax law and relevant cases which have material effect on the Corporation.
Communicate and educate purchasing, engineering and accounting personnel regarding the taxability of purchases and correct procedures.
Prepare and manage the use and property tax budget.
