Currently, we are seeking a Direct Hire Retail in Irvine for a publicly traded company that provides mortgage and real estate services including wholesale, correspondent and warehouse lending.  The culture of this organization is energetic, fast-paced and intelligent focused on success!  This position will be responsible for timely and accurate document drawing, and funding of retail loans in conjunction with escrow/closing tables.

Essential job responsibilities are listed below.

Confirm all prior to doc conditions are in the loan file.
Review title, property survey, hazard insurance, mortgage insurance, appraisal, escrow instructions for correct property address vesting and legal description.
Review Broker Fee Sheet and Secondary Lock Confirmation to confirm fees.
Prepare closing document package using applicable vendor/system.
Accurately draw documents per investor requirements.
Receive and review any outstanding funding conditions prior to closing.
Send closing package to designated escrow/closing table, including any conditions requiring to be signed with Documents.
Review Insurance, Closing Protection Letter, wiring instructions for accuracy.
Complete a review of documents (Dry).
Confirm accuracy of closing documents, prior to funding to escrow/closing table (Wet).
Complete review of loan file when returned from closing agent to ensure documents were signed correctly.
Ensure all prior to funding conditions have been met and, when complete, set file up for funding.
Approve HUD-1 prior to funding.
Compute funding figures and confirm LOS data is accurate.
Verify rate, lock expiration, discount points and loan fees.
Review and sign off on executed documents and instructions to escrow/closing table prior to release of funds.
Insure all required documentation for Collateral Package is satisfactory prior to sending to warehouse line provider.
Follow up on all post closing and trailing documentation, and final HUD-1 if not received within 72 hrs of funding.
Ensure loan files and post-closing documents are imaged timely/completely.
Ensure timely delivery of Collateral to the custodian daily (drys) & within 5 days (wets)
Must maintain a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers.
Fund loans nationwide.
Maintain a high volume of 60
