We provide full service imaging in MRI, CT, women’s imaging (mammography, ultrasound and bone density), nuclear medicine and PET/CT. With a family-like atmosphere, state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment not found in most outpatient centers and a team of over 25 sub-specialized Radiologists, we are looking for talented and dedicated individuals to join our team. Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for the Chief Operating Officer. Maintain various excel spreadsheets with financial data – experience with data entry and knowledge of pivot tables. Maintain various databases and preparation of reports – knowledge of importing and exporting data from databases into excel. Sort and distribute mail, answer phones, filing, making copies, scanning documents, federal express and other administrative items. Report on monthly compliance of operating procedures to ensure that all company regulatory standards are being met. Support the marketing department by preparing analytical reports of key indexes.  Knowledge of Salesforce software application is beneficial. Maintain and update vendor supplier contracts, information and rate schedules.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

5 years prior experience performing general departmental wide administrative support activities to multiple individuals, including management. Advanced skills with MS Office Word and Excel. Must be organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Independent, self-starter with strong analysis capabilities.  Must be a team player, detail oriented and able to prioritize. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic accounting skills preferred. Must understand the importance of confidentiality of highly sensitive information.  Requirements
