Job Description
Successful Painesville manufacturing plant is seeking a Master for 1st shift. This is a direct hire position.

DUTIES:
- Plan, prepare, issue and communicate production schedules to all appropriate parties to ensure customer requirements are met and that appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
- Plan, prepare and communicate capacity planning for machine equipment and staffing requirements.
- Work with Engineering and Quality Associates in scheduling samples and trial runs for new and existing products.
- Work within IQMS for scheduling the manufacturing operation.
- Ensure customer requirements are met on time while monitoring production capabilities to ensure no past dues.
- Identify potential material shortages/issues and notify appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Assist the Customer Service Director with developing and assembling plant capacity plans.


Job Requirements
- Min. High School Diploma required
- Knowledge of planning and Scheduling (determined through interview)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Software Applications
- Organizational and analytical skills (determined through interview)
- Interpersonal skills (Ability to work and communicate well with others)
