Gold Canyon, innovator in the candle industry and creator of “The World’s Finest" scented products and other home décor is seeking a full-time

 

 

Seasonal resentative
The successful candidate will be an organized, flexible customer service professional with a great work ethic for our inbound/outbound Call Center that is the primary point of contact for all Gold Canyon Independent Demonstrators and website customers. The learning curve for this position is steep; successful candidates thrive on challenges and problem solving. This position works in a team environment that requires flexibility, enthusiasm, and a professional demeanor.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

§  Generate customer confidence by responding to inquiries received by phone, fax, or email

§  Advise changes in product availability, new promotions and sales field incentives

§  Generate additional customer interest in products by making outbound calls relating to new catalogs, promotions, and product launches.

§  Generate increased sales through outbound shortfall calls

§  Generate increased enrollment through outbound opportunity calls

§  New program testing

 Requirements

Required Qualifications

 

§  High school diploma or equivalency AND two years Customer Service experience- Call Center preferred

§  Computer literate with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 applications

§  Proven verbal and written communication skills; general math skills

§  Excellent time management skills

§  Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and interact with peers in a professional, positive manner

§  Effective in a team environment with minimal supervision

§  Demonstrated attention to detail

§  Experience with outbound opportunity and sales calls

§  Flexibility to work overtime as needed

§  Willingness to use available resources to become an expert in our products, services, policies and procedures.

§  Knowledge of Gold Canyon Products a plus
