The will have the opportunity to assist all guests in a sincere and courteous manner to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. This will include registering and processing guests promptly upon arrival and departure, Operating the PBX switchboard in an efficient and professional manner, receiving and transfering calls, and accurately selling rooms,and making reservations. This team member will listen effectively to guests and anticipate needs or concerns before a problem occurs. Also, this team member will perform data entry and generate management operations reports.
