Currently, we are seeking for both audit and tax positions.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

Audit
Ability to plan, execute and report on audit, review and compilation engagements
Demonstrates proficient technical skills for handling all client responsibilities
Clear understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Generally Accepted Auditing Standards, Governmental Auditing Standards and other related technical requirements
Develops areas of expertise to become a resource to the firm, including assisting Mangers, Senior Managers and Partners in identifying and improving the firms processes as well as engagement processes.
Understands the client's organization, procedures and internal policies
Ability to create and maintain relationships with assigned clients throughout the year
Manage and maintain multiple client relationships, engagements and special projects
Identify client issues and conflicts; communicate possible solutions to the client management team
Manage and perform engagements on budget and on time
Responsible for realization on assigned clients and can effectively explain variances
Effectively supervise, train and mentor Staff and seniors
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Capable of developing an overall engagement budget
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Tax
Prepare and or review individual, partnership, corporation,
s-corporation and tax exempt income tax returns
Ability to complete and document comprehensive tax planning and research projects
Demonstrates proficient technical skills for handling all client responsibilities
Clear understanding of tax rules and regulations
Develops areas of expertise to become a resource to the firm, including assisting Mangers, Senior Managers and Partners in identifying and improving the firms processes as well as engagement processes
Understands the client's organization, procedures and internal policies
Ability to create and maintain relationships with assigned clients throughout the year
Manage and maintain multiple client relationships, engagements and special projects

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field preferred.
CPA certification is required.
4-7 years of public accounting experience
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and project management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and develop strong relationships with clients, business partners and co-workers.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a results driven team oriented environment.
Possess strong communications skills: verbal and written.
Strong computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet and assurance and tax software.
