Job Description
This Accounts Payable Coordinator position is a part-time (10 to 24 hours) position needing an enthusiastic dedicated individual who will be assisting in the processing of accounts receivable in an accurate and efficient manner, in accordance with established policy and procedure.
Specific responsibilities include:
v Processing invoices for payment,
v Insuring invoices and check requests are completed correctly, and
v Performing other necessary AP duties.
The ideal candidate will be available two to four mornings a week. This is a great opportunity for a student or someone looking for part-time employment.
