Our client, a leader in the industry, is looking for a processor for loans and tax information. This person will work with a team of additional loan specialists. The shift for this position will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Pay is $13.00/hr. College degree preferred

On a daily basis, this person performs a variety of administrative tasks and follow up on accounts. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. The position uses multiple online systems. Daily tasks may include: receiving and managing a pipeline of work, contacting appropriate customer and internal resources as needed, entering transactions/pertinent information, and follow up on loan packages. Extensive research is involved. Training will be side by side on the job.

Qualified individuals will possess strong computer skills, analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent follow up skills, customer service experience, problem solving skills, and a strong attendance record. They will also demonstrate a high level of professionalism. 1-2 years experience is required. Mortgage and insurance experience is a plus.
