Job Summary:
Review all files after closing to ensure they are correct. Image all documents for retention.

Job Duties: Upload new and renewed commercial loans using LaserPro and FiServDisburse funds or balance general ledger entries for new and renewed loansApply payments for renewed loansScan documentation to FiServ DirectorPerform note checks as quality control for loans uploadedMake documentation files for new loansPrepare payoff lettersSend recordable documents to applicable county or stateProcess loan advances and construction drawsCopy and send new and renewed insurance certificates to HUB Insurance Co. for trackingProvide documentation deficiencies to File Reporting Specialist for inputOther duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: High School diploma or GED required.Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working with accounting entries, Harland LaserPro, FiServ and BakerHill. Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
General Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit. Concentration and focus on task details, occasional pressures relating to priorities and deadlines, periodic interruptions and distractions, continual review of personal computer and use of hands and fingers. The employee is occassionally required to walk, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.
