Job duties include but not limited to:
Process biweekly payroll   Update employee database records as needed for changes in withholding status, benefit changes, address and name changes, pay increases, etc. Prepare payroll taxes and applicable reports 941, 1099, W2, 1096, W3 Reconcile reports to general ledger accounts Maintain tuition software including enrollments, withdrawals, billings, statements, prepare journal entries, apply payments  Requirements

Skills needed:

Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principals Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Detail and deadline oriented, organized Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to handle fast paced and evolving work environment (adapt well to change)
