Compensation:  $140,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year

Growing International Retail Company located in Paramus, NJ is looking for a Director of Finance.

The Director of Finance is the primary point of contact leading the Accounting and Financial functions of the company. This position provides accounting and financial expertise, guidance and leadership to the companies Accounting Team, Store Operations and Regional Leadership.

1. Oversee the periodic accounting close process to assure the timely and accurate reporting of regional financial results.
2.Lead financial reporting and analysis work to provide the President and Leadership with necessary information and tools to clearly understand financial results and identify opportunities to enhance EVA and profitability.
3.Lead the annual budgeting and periodic/quarterly forecasting process.
4.Perform Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis for real estate and capital investment decisions; prepare profitability projections and analysis for new stores.
5. Actively participate in key implementation including but not limited to: inventory replenishment and budgeting/forecasting system, cost file accuracy project and Store Ops workbook.
6. Develop, implement and assure compliance with effective internal controls, policies and procedures that comply with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements, all licensing, permits and taxes governed by federal, state or local municipalities.
