Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers while creating new customers.  This role has the opportunity to directly impact the bottom line by increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
 
Job Duties:

Job Duties:
o Effectively manage the customer experience
o Consistently demonstrate the highest level of customer service
o Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and industry partners
o Ensure customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and effective manner
o Effectively process call traffic by meeting or exceeding departmental goals
o Efficiently input orders and quotations into system in a timely and accurate manner
o Provide order acknowledgements to customers
o Support company sales and marketing initiatives
o Provide operational support to all departments 
o Actively promote new products and cross/up-sell existing products
o Actively pursue sales growth opportunities by properly qualifying customer projects and additional opportunities
o Effectively manage the customer experience

 RequirementsJob Requirements:
· Wholesale distribution experience preferred
· Minimum 2 years in similar position preferred
· Associate’s Degree or equivalent progressive work experience
· Team player who works productively with wide range of people
· Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
· Comfortable in fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task effectively
· Effective listening, verbal and written communication, negotiation and excellent phone skills
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and distribution software, knowledge of basic computer functions
