 Responsibilities:

Process invoices to include ensuring proper authorization and entering invoices into Oracle. Process accounts payable, cash accounts and general ledger account journals. Research general ledger accounts and assist with the preparation of month end financials. Reconcile various cash and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy. Misc other items to include answering AP questions and researching invoices. Process accounts receivable and reimbursement processing. Assist with product audits.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting. 0 to 2 years experience in an accounting function, preferably in a manufacturing or mining facility. Proficient working with excel and word processing software.

Desired Skills / Qualifications

Demonstrated experience and understanding of accounting practices and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate with site personnel and vendors. Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to effectively interface with high-level business and operations leaders.
