Requirements: 
•Two or more years as a  ( call   center   preferred ) 
•Experience managing a large non-exempt staff 
•Knowledge of credit card industry and collections preferred 
•Proven leadership ability and excellent problem solving abilities req
•Strong communication skills req
•Limited travel
