NY Real Estate firm is seeking an extroverted, efficient, and adaptable individual to join the ranks as a

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Answer and direct all incoming calls. Maintain telephone directory, handle phone moves, and resolve phone-related problems.
Greet visitors, check for appropriate ID credentials, and keep track of visitor log.
Maintain professional business environment for front office and public areas

Monitor office copy machines, printers, scanners, and fax machines, schedule maintenance and order toner/ink. Act as liaison with mailroom staff for special mailings, shipments, and projects Distribute mail to senior executive and administrative staff Initiate meeting invitations (conference calls, Live Meetings, and in-person meetings) Schedule conference rooms Coordinate and order meals for meetings. Assist with group lunches and catering functions. Review and reconcile invoices and submit to office manager for approval 

Job Requirements 

Qualifications:

1-2 years as a Front Desk Bachelor's Degree Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
