Dayton company looking for a Business Analyst to collect, evaluate and report on information required in generating business insights that support the company's strategic goals. The Business Analyst will develop and issue standardized reports for use throughout the organization, develop and analyze market data such as import reports, government, industry and customer data to provide insight for the organization on market share, position and consumer trends. In addition, assist in the development of licensor, licensee and distributor forecasts. The Business Analyst will work closely with Information Technology, work in conjunction with the Marketing Team, assist the Product Development team as well as work with the Sales Team. The Business Analyst will have strong presentation skills, exposure to the retail industry, be proficient creating pivot tables as well as in developing reports. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with at least two or more years of experience as a business analyst. Experience with JD Edwards and Sequel is preferred.Job RequirementsBasic Account Analysis, Intermediate J.D. Edwards, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Intermediate SQL
