Dayton company looking for a Business Analyst to collect, evaluate and report on information required in generating business insights that support the company's strategic goals. The Business Analyst will develop and issue standardized reports for use throughout the organization, develop and analyze market data such as import reports, government, industry and customer data to provide insight for the organization on market share, position and consumer trends. In addition, assist in the development of licensor, licensee and distributor forecasts. The Business Analyst will work closely with Information Technology, work in conjunction with the Marketing Team, assist the Product Development team as well as work with the Sales Team. The Business Analyst will have strong presentation skills, exposure to the retail industry, be proficient creating pivot tables as well as in developing reports. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with at least two or more years of experience as a business analyst. 10-15 years relevant experience
Responsible for providing strategic and tactical guidance and deep subject matter expertise to the Deposit Operations business unit to assist in their efforts to grow the direct-to-consumer deposits business, meet its profitability objectives, and ensure efficient and compliant operations all while ensuring world class customer experience. Consult with business leaders on the conception and execution of operational improvements. Will assist in providing direction and insight into operational strategy and enhancements. This role has frequent interaction with senior executives as well as both internal and external business partners at headquarters and in the field.
Skills
In depth experience in the operations of deposit products including savings, money market, IRA and online checking to include detailed knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Extensive work experience as a change agent to include leading such initiatives from a consulting environment.
Deep experience in project management and outsourced systems vendor management
Work experience with exposure in a variety of operational disciplines, including process improvement, call center, technology/system strategy, design and support.
Experience in interacting with executive audiences

Job Description
Senior Project Manager role that leads internal and supplier project teams in defining, planning, and implementing new projects to achieve specific business objectives. Analyzes project needs, establishes a project management strategy and recommends the appropriate level of planning, scheduling and control. Implements a project management system that meets the customer needs under the prevailing standards and methodologies. Manages the development, execution, updating and reporting of project plans and schedules. Has responsibility and accountability for successfully managing projects using internal and supplier teams and project methodology.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Proven experience with the use and improvement of project execution processes through good understanding of project management best practices especially in areas such as Project Planning, Project Management & Control, Risk Management, Configuration/Version Management, etc. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
