??? Accounts Payable process weekly A/P for subcontractors in QuickbooksPro
??? Accounts Receivable create and process invoices in QuickbooksPro along with follow up on outstanding invoices
??? Scan invoices and job work orders into paperless system and code for file reference
??? Maintain current vendor insurance requirements is on file and up to date
??? Answer incoming calls, answer questions, route calls to appropriate parties
??? Social Media maintenance and posts
Job Requirements:
??? Quickbooks
??? Construction Imaging, or Chameleon software
??? Construction background a PLUS
??? Ability to learn new technology and softwares
??? Aptitude to work in a small, fast paced office environment
??? Strong customer service skills and presentation
??? Proven communication skills both written and verbal
??? Highly organized and efficient
