Position Description:

/Bookkeeping

This position requires several tasks, including but not limited to:

-          Full Charge Bookkeeping Responsibilities

-          Supervise Daily Sales Entries

-          Prepare Monthly Company Financial Reports for CPA Review

-          Supervise Weekly Payables

-          Coordinate Biweekly Payroll

-          General Accounting Responsibilities

 Requirements

Ideal Candidate must:

-          Bachelor's Degree or minimum 5 years experience in Accounting required

-          Experienced in preparing income statement and cash flow projections.

-          Knowledge of cost accounting is a plus (standard cost analysis)

-          Proficient in Quick Books Manufacturing Edition (General Ledger).

-          Be a Self-Starter able to work independently or with a group.

-          Be able to be flexible and will to take on tasks and projects.

-          Be responsible and reliable.

-          Have a strong team work ethic and have a positive attitude.-          Have basic computer knowledge (additional computer training is a plus
