400-500 emails daily Repetitive transactional reports using SAP High level of Excel experience including pivot tables, vlookup and other formulary abilities. Review and deciding the appropriate action to take with the daily emails. Review all orders for product availability, geography and product mix. Creating product transfers between locations to maintain stock on non-produced items. Working with Customer Service on short lead product approvals, product mix, sourcing from one location to another, coding, etc. Working with the Production planners on material shortages and scheduling production runs. Working with Transport to ensure trucks are scheduled for optimized shipping. Working with Warehouse to ensure dock time are met. 

Job Requirements 

High level of expertise in Excel and SAP experience a plus.
