Customer Service Representative

s for a client located in Rancho Cordova, CA. Under limited direction, performs variety of support taking inbound calls from members regarding their Medicare policy. Other duties and responsibilities include:

Assist members with which medications are covered by policy.
General account maintenance such as change of address requests, adding / deleting name changes, etc.
Taking inbound calls regarding prescription coverage for Seniors who are on Medicare/Medicaid.
Candidates will speak to beneficiaries in a clear, concise and professional manner at all times and demonstrate patience and respect.
Research required information using available resources.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to read, comprehend and type 35WPM during the course of a call.
Ability to notate call information in a clear and understandable manner.
Candidates should have longevity in their employment history.

Schedule:

Must be open to work between the hours of 6am to 6pm Monday-Friday.
A set schedule will be provided upon completion of a 4 week training course.
Training hours are will be Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm no exceptions.

This is a temporary position - may consider Full time depending on Performance, Attendance, etc.
