Requirements:
Proficient to Advanced Computer literate. Able to take photos using digital cameras and work with digital files. Bilingual- English and Spanish. Good command of the English language. Able to follow written and oral directions. Be able to do a rough estimate of repairs a property might need. Knowledge of local geography. Pleasant demeanor.
Functions:
Review daily emails. Prepare routes, calculate times and keep database updated. Perform site inspections on residential properties. Coordinate among several team members. Fill out reports and schedule inspections throughout the work week. Respond to clients, customer service. Attend Evictions, Voluntary relocations, incidents.
RequirementsAdditional Requirements:
Position requires the use of personal vehicles. You will need a valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, insurance and a good driving record. Must pass background check and drug screening. Bilingual - (English and Spanish preferred).

1. You dont have administrative computer skills to setup email accounts, upload files, use email client on your desktop and smartphone, use word, pdf, excel.
2. You are not ready to read 100-200 emails a day.
3 Cant comfortably handle 3-5 different tasks at the same time.
4. Willing to drive to different neighborhoods in any part of Miami-Dade and Broward to conduct thorough inspections of properties.
5. You have a tendency to watch the clock and not put in the time to get the job done.
6. Not willing to undergo a extensive background search.
7. You are not punctual
8. Have a bad attitude and/or have had issues in the past working in a team.
9. Speak more than you listen.
