Admin - Clerical Experience :  Not Specified Travel :  Road Warrior Post Date :  7/17/2012 Contact Information Contact : Apply Online  Description Benito Realty Group is seeking a part time staff person (that could lead to a full time salaried position) that resides in Homestead, Florida City or South Dade to perform residential inspections in the field and then use their home office for adminstrative functions like uploading pictures and notes.

Requirements:
Proficient to Advanced Computer literate. Able to take photos using digital cameras and work with digital files. Bilingual- English and Spanish. Good command of the English language.  Able to follow written and oral directions. Be able to do a rough estimate of repairs a property might need. Knowledge of local geography. Pleasant demeanor.

 

Functions:
Review daily emails. Prepare routes, calculate times and keep database updated. Perform site inspections on residential properties. Coordinate among several team members. Fill out reports and schedule inspections throughout the work week. Respond to clients, customer service. Attend Evictions, Voluntary relocations, incidents.

 

 RequirementsAdditional Requirements:
Position requires the use of personal vehicles.  You will need a valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, insurance and a good driving record.  Must pass background check and drug screening.  Bilingual - (English and Spanish preferred).

5. You have a tendency to watch the clock and not put in the time to get the job done.
6. Not willing to undergo a extensive background search.
7. You are not punctual
8. Have a bad attitude and/or have had issues in the past working in a team.
9. Speak more than you listen.
