Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a customer support environment, preferably phone-based
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to adapt to and manage change
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Superior listening/diagnostic and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Spanish-English bilingual is a plus.
Experience supporting customers in a corporate environment
Experience with the multi-housing industry a plus
Consumer Reporting experience a definite plus, but not essential
Familiarity with the FCRA and credit bureau reports is a plus
