International company with headquarters in Memphis has an excellent opportunity for a who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the global income tax accounting process for the multi state, multi-national consolidated group, including preparation of the quarterly and annual federal and state tax income tax provisions as well as comprehensive review and coordination of the provision calculations and processes for each of the foreign jurisdictions. The will also manage the tax department's compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and the domestic reporting requirements foreign subsidiaries.
The requirements for the position are a Bachelors degree in Accounting. Master's in Taxation and CPA are preferred. Must also have 5
