Job Description
The (CA) reports directly to the Executive Director of Compliance (EDC) to conduct utilization and compliance audits for LTC facilities, Hospice and Home Health. The CA performs routine and focused internal compliance investigations, audits and assessments throughout the organization and develops detailed reports with recommendations to the EDC. The CA conducts research on complex issues and summarizes findings as requested by the EDC. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, goal-oriented and flexible to frequently shifting work priorities.
Licensure/Certification/Education Requirements
Must be Registered Nurse in good standing. Licenses may be required to be obtained in all states in which UHS-Pruitt operates. Nursing Home, Home Care and/or Hospice experience with regulatory and/or billing requirements is preferred.
Other Training, Skills and Experience Requirements
Experience working in a licensed and/or federally certified Home Health, Hospice or Nursing Home program or regulatory agency. Must also have valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation. Extensive travel required.
