Las Vegas, Nevada — Great work environment!  Large Las Vegas-Based Residential Homebuilder is actively looking for the right individual to join its Accounting / Finance team.  Candidates should have experience with the following responsibilities:

Bank reconciliations

Preliminary lien notice monitoring

General ledger maintenance

Job costing accounting related to land development and vertical construction activities

Monthly financial statement preparation for multiple companies

General Ledger posting of HUD settlement statements

Operational reporting including unit activity, inventory balances and market statistics

Construction loan draws

Debt schedule reconciliation

1099 & 1096 preparation and submittal

Health insurance benefits administration

Management of office supplies for main office and sales staff

 

 

 Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Accounting experience within the home building industry is required.
