The will report to the Director of PHO of Covenant HealthCare Partners (CHP) and will work as a key member of the CHP team to ensure business practices and policies are consistent with the overall strategic direction of the corporation. This includes providing clinical and financial analytical support for CHP leadership regarding the utilization of clinical resources and identifying opportunities for improvement and reduction in cost and resource consumption. This individual is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, finance, data analysis and its relationship with the clinical perspective. This individual will also coordinate and manage annual financial risk settlements, budgets and independent audit engagements. Responsible for ensuring the availability of accurate and timely information.
Education, Licensure, Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or related analytical degree required; Master's Degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration or CPA preferred.Experience:
3-5 yrs of prior experience as a healthcare business analyst with healthcare finance or consulting experience required. Prior experience as a data/financial analyst with HMO and/or PHO preferred. Prior experience in insurance plan contract negotiation preferred.
