Job RequirementsIn this job, here are some of the duties to be performed: Accounts Payable. Accounts Receivable.
Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers.
Ensure correct application of cash receipts and maintain accurate records and control reports, bank reconciliations, and perform month-end journal entries.
Review applicable accounting reports and accounts payable/receivable registers to ensure accuracy.
Preparing reports and financial data as needed.
Assisting with financial statements.
Other general accounting responsibilities as needed.
To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and experience: Minimum of 5 years experience required in general accounting including preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations, AP and AR.
Microsoft Excel and Word required.
