Compensation:  $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year

Growing manufacturer/distributor in Westchester is looking to add a to its team. In this newly created role you will be responsible for reviewing inventory and storage levels, analyzing historical sales and related trends at the SKU level, assisting with planning and forecasting, evaluating/enhancing policies and procedures, special projects, etc. In this role you will work closely with Operations, Sales, and Production Planning to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained and available to satisfy existing and anticipated sales orders.

The ideal candidate should have a BS in Business, Accounting, Math or Engineering, one or more years relevant purchasing and inventory experience, and proficiency with MS Office applications (primarily Excel and Word). SAP experience highly desired. Individuals need to be able to work in a team environment, take pressure well, and have good communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation skills and solid decision making skills are needed for this role.
