This is a large practice, seeking a seasoned A/R professional to lead our revenue cycle department.
A/R responsibilities:
Daily cash reconciliation
Monitor claims processing, ensuring claims are submitted successfully daily
Monitors denials, and resolves any denied claims
Resolves outstanding accounts
Monthly reporting
Month end processing
Interfaces with patients, insurance companies and attorney's
Supervises staff of 3:
Training, both on system related items and insurance rules and regulations
Performance management
Identifies efficiencies and work flow improvements
Works closely with the Practice Manager and managing physician RequirementsPrefer eClinical works experience
Minimum 5 years medical billing and receivables
2 years supervisory experience
Bachelors degree preferred
The successful candidate will possess a positive and ethical attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
