We are expanding and seeking payroll professionals in Charlotte to handle related duties for our East Coast locations:
PAYROLL SPECIALISTS (2 positions available)Processes weekly payroll, ensures timely transmission to payroll vendor. Enters new hires, terminations, changes, and benefits enrollment. Prepares reports and uploads payroll information into G/L. Some travel required. APA Certification a plus.
PAYROLL SUPERVISORSupervises and assists Payroll Specialists. Runs reports for management, calculates internal accruals to be posted to field locations, handles advice of debits, troubleshoots 940/941 issues and corrections, ensures timely payroll processing, determines training requirements of payroll staff, and works with various vendors when issues arise. Some travel required. APA Certification a plus.
Both positions require 1-2 years related experience, preferably using ADP.
