Invoicing Resource with Excel and Access



Support for a system conversion.
Knowledge of financial services and/or billing experience is a plus.
3-4 years of working experience.
Access and Excel experience required.

The Jr. Invoicing Specialist on the Conversion & Development Team is responsible for the accurate and timely conversion of clients from the FIRM Billing System to the Advantage Billing System.  The role will work closely with other team members as well as Relationship Managers in each global office to set up, compare differences.


-          Set up clients on the new billing system per the executed fee schedules on file.


-          Perform two months of variance analysis highlighting any discrepancies between the invoices on the old system and the new system.


-          Work with the production team and Relationship Manager to resolve any discrepancies in the new system.


-          Document issues with client invoices or fee schedule for discussion with management.


-          Work closely with global Relationship Managers and Client Service teams to convert their clients to the new system.


Identify opportunities to improve client service and the conversion experience.


-          Ensure accuracy and completeness of data inputs.


Participate in procedural best practice reviews and automation initiatives.


-          BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience.


Business degree concentration preferred


-          Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, and Access.


-          Proven aptitude for working with numbers.


-          Strong written and verbal communication skills.


-          Ability to work productively and effectively in a team setting.


-          Ability to apply analytical thinking to solve problems.


-          High attention to detail and conscientious approach to delivering high quality results.


-          Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.


-          Focused on client service, employs a flexible, positive attitude.


Focused on process improvement and achieving team goals


-Financial Service background, specifically custody operations or client service a plus.


 Familiarity with client billing for financial services a plus.
