Accountabilities:

Performs administrative support functions for the Branch Management Team Process all ACCOUNTS PAYABLES, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES, CREDIT & COLLECTIONS Human Resources liason, on-boarding, ADP bi-weekly Payroll processing and personnel file maintenance. Compiles and prepares reports, develops/revises correspondence, recordkeeping and filing Maintain office, inventory and supplies, mail distribution, and phone operations Vendor relations for all office equipment, service, and repairs Schedule and organize travel, meetings, and conference calls Use and maintain electronic calendars Electronic document control Assist with events and activities planning for Branch.  Requirements High School Diploma required, Associates or Bachelor’s in Business Administration preferred Minimum 1-3 years previous experience or equivalent combination of training, education and experience. Experience in construction equipment rental industry preferred Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations Excellent speaking and writing communication skills Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills Exceptional attention to detail Results driven, high energy, with excellent customer service skills Proficient in Excel, Work, Outlook, SAP and 10-Key by touch Fluent speaking and writing English
