Job Description

The Mergis Group is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Closers to work for a growing national mortgage company.   

 

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing file prior to closing for underwriting compliance Work with title companies Review closing documents to ensure underwriting guidelines are met Coordination of the loan closing. Risk assessment for both lender and investor. 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements include:

Strong customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication phone skills Conventional, FHA and VA closing experience Ability to perform multiple responsibilities through effective prioritization and time management Ability to develop/maintain professional relationships with clients, customers and co-workers Advanced PC skills
