Responsibilities include overseeing settlement calculations for the Agency's sale of power throughout the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) markets; identifying and resolving differences and disputes between anticipated and realized settlement amounts; producing monthly invoices for the Agency's power purchase counterparty using settlement data; providing contract management for settlement, as well as invoicing and financial aspects of the Agency's power purchase agreement. Sufficient education, training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above. These would normally be acquired by the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in accounting, business administration, economics, mathematics, statistics or a closely related field and five years of progressively responsible experience in power generation budgeting, energy settlements, complex mathematics or statistical modeling, power purchase contract administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
