Responsibilities
Role Purpose We have an exciting opportunity for a full time experienced corporate card administrator based in NYC. The ideal candidate is a team player with analytical skills, is detail oriented and a self-starter with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Support the business with the administration of the company corporate card and expense management program to ensure cardholders are complying with reconciliation procedures
Develop and assist with the expense management reporting needs of the Company
Maintain the corporate card hot-line and e-mail box and meets service levels
Identify reporting needs and provide information to users and management
Coordinates profile configuration change requests, such as transaction spend limits; monthly spend limits, MCC (merchant category code) activation, etc.
Monitors colleague aging balances, following up with cardholders and their supervisors according to the established escalation communication process
Provides card holder support as required
Participate in both internal and external financial and sox audit processes
