A client of ours is looking for a for a contract to hire or permanent opportunity.  Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:

Proficiencies & Expertise

Information Technology Auditor with extensive hands-on

experience and expertise in the following:

Network & System Security Strategies
Risk Assessment
Audit Strategy, Planning, Team Lead
General Computer Controls Assessment
Development of IT Roadmaps

 

IT Security & Audit Manager Requirements

Plan, design, and execute information system control

reviews in support of external financial audits for various

industries and platforms.

Plan, design, and execute information system controls

and IT operational reviews for IT internal audit outsourcing

engagements for various industries and platforms.

Understand the design and testing of operating effectiveness of

controls over the IT environment using the CoBIT framework.

Perform detailed security reviews to assess network and

Internet security vulnerabilities via Web-Hacking tools; also

perform and design security and functionality review of

retail web sites.

Design and execute data center operational reviews

(including review of business continuity/disaster recovery

procedures, backup procedures, and environmental factor

review) and provide recommendations to management based

on experience and best practices.

 

Technical Skills 

Platforms - MS Windows, UNIX (SCO, HP-UX, Solaris, Linux,

AIX), OS/400, RS/6000, RACF and ACF2.

Security Tools

Tools - ACL, Monarch, PhoneSweep, ToneLoc, eWorkpaper

and Application Audit Tools.

Database and ERP Solutions - MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, MySQL,

SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, JDE, MYOB, Dynamics, and

industry specific.
