St. Mary's is currently seeking an energetic and motivated individual to support the Quality and Education team for Community Programs. This position is responsible for on-going analysis of health care information, obtained from a variety of sources including patient care, financial and demographic data.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for coordinating the data collection activities and data analysis for agency programs and services; coordinating benchmarking initiatives and collaborating with managers to identify opportunities for process improvements as requested; assisting with the management of new and revised policies and procedures; managing the quarterly data collection and validation process involved with submitting statistical data; tracking department-specific operational improvement issues; preparing and compiling data and graphs for reporting and benchmarking; preparing and maintaining office files and databases; and taking minutes of quality meetings and clinical record review meetings.

EOE/M/F/D/V  RequirementsHigh School graduate.
Minimum of three years administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Power Point
Skilled in data management, data quality assessment, and data display including statistical reports and graphs.
Understanding of healthcare data and key concepts.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to provide input into, feedback on, and follow a project schedule.
