Commercial Cleaning company in Doylestown seeks a full time office manager to oversee all aspects of the office/ company. Reports directly to the owner.
Responsibilities will include typical office administrative responsibilities required to support the office functions, including office management, payroll, scheduling of jobs, customer service and follow-up, and quotes. In addition, some field work is required, including quality assurance of jobs, and occasional cleans.
This office is one where everyone pitches in to do whatever needs to be done, so while cleaning is not the focus of this job, office management (including the owner of the business) all pitch in if needed. So, this is a great job for a team player who enjoys managing things and keeping them going smoothly, and working with other like minded people.
