PURPOSE:

The will be a member of the Worldwide Financial Planning and Analysis team. As an individual contributor, this person will work closely with members of the group to assist with the month end financial reporting process.  This position will report directly to the WW FP&A Manager.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES:

Become an expert in our segment/customer financial reporting application.
Ensure financial information has been reported accurately on a weekly/monthly basis.
Manage new business specifications related to our consolidation & reporting applications.    
Work with IT to troubleshoot data integrity issues.
Perform weekly/monthly variance analysis for top management.
Support the team by conducting various ad-hoc projects






 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED (MUST-HAVE) QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Desire to effectively work in a team-oriented environment, fast pace industry
Ability to quickly learn new skills, systems and processes
Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with VP level personnel.
Strong excel skills a must.
B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting
2-4 years financial planning/analysis or accounting experience.
Prior experience in large multi-national/multi-divisional organizations a plus


DESIRED (NICE-TO-HAVE) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of financial reporting tools (OutlookSoft, Hyperion, Cognos, etc.) a plus
