Job Responsibilities:

Performs collection activities to ensure accounts are resolved with extensive urgency Ensure accurate file updates Resolves questions, complaints, and requests that may be varied and complex May contact other internal departments or external customers to resolve issues Counsel, problem solve and negotiate with confidence  Requirements
