Job Description

Vaco Financial is searching for a Finance & for a large non-profit organization in Memphis, TN.

The will report directly to the Executive Director and oversee finance staff, accounting, budgeting, payroll, cash management, analysis, month-end close, billing, strategic planning, and ad-hoc projects. Other responsibilities include maintaining internal controls, establishing and documenting standard processes, and communicating with senior leadership.

Requirements: BA in accounting or finance Minimum 5 years accounting/finance experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently

Salary range of $50,000 to $75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
